Who we are

Maison Camisse is a private occasion-dress studio in Hayes, West London, run by Shamila. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. You can reach us at maisoncamisse@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request an appointment we ask for your name, phone number, email address, preferred date and time, your occasion and any dresses or notes you choose to share. Your size and the number of guests are optional.

When you send a message through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to you, arrange and confirm your appointment, and help you choose a dress. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis is your request: you contact us and we use what you send to reply and provide the service you asked for.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this website, store enquiries securely and send emails. They process your information on our behalf and only as we instruct.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment requests and messages for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and button clicks. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email maisoncamisse@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
